The function supports and enhances a wide range of business applications and platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and financial systems. It also designs and builds custom solutions, automates business processes, and continuously improves existing systems.
IT provides day-to-day operational support and system administration, resolving incidents and service requests across the organisation. Alongside this, it plays a key role in ensuring strong governance and security, maintaining compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.
