Role Overview

This role supports the Commercial Manager in the strategic and operational management of Nest's commercial and contractual arrangements, including oversight of Nest’s complex outsourcing contracts such as scheme administration and fund administration services. The role is responsible for supporting contract performance management, supplier governance, commercial risk management, and financial oversight to ensure value for money and the successful delivery of service

 
The minimum criteria for this role are:
  • Experience of supporting significant business process outsourcing (BPO) commercial agreements in either the public or private sector
  • Experience of monitoring and reporting on delivery against contractual requirements.
  • Experience of identifying and resolving problems with third parties
  • Experience of supporting the invoice payment process and maintaining accurate and up to date records and logs
  • Experience of supporting contract management activities throughout the contract lifecycle, including maintaining documentation and managing contractual obligations.

This role sits within Nest’s Commercial Management team which is part of the Finance and Strategic Sourcing directorate.
