Role Overview

 We’re seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Partner to help define and deliver a forward-thinking marketing strategy that supports long-term business goals. This role plays a key part in embedding our new Brand and Customer strategy. Working closely with the Proposition team, you’ll lead the strategic positioning of new propositions, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and tailored to diverse audiences. You'll collaborate with Segment Marketing Partners to create dynamic go-to-market strategies and plans. You’ll also drive successful launches and lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver against organisation goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to shape and execute a future-focused marketing strategy.
  • Integrate the new brand strategy across segment communications to build engagement and trust.
  • Lead strategic positioning of new propositions using customer and market insights.
  • Develop audience-specific messaging aligned with the overarching brand strategy.
  • Partner with Senior Marketing colleagues to deliver impactful proposition launches.
  • Lead key marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and collaboration.
 
 
The minimum criteria for this role are:
 

Must have worked within financial services and have outstanding experience of articulating new propositions in distinctive and compelling ways, including creating insight-led positioning, messaging and channel strategies.

Must have proven ability to translate audience need into go to market plans that deliver against organisation KPIs.

Must be confident working in a matrixed organisation, with proven ability to influence change and navigate complexity.
