Role Overview

We are looking for a Proposition Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract, working closely with colleagues across NX and the wider business to shape, develop and deliver innovative member propositions. 

 In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking pre-identified strategic member propositions from discovery and concept definition through to launch.
  • Using market, customer, financial and operational insights to inform proposition development and enhancement.
  • Developing innovative, customer-focused and commercially viable propositions using human-centred design techniques.
  • Building unique and sustainable value propositions for Nest members through a defined stage-gate process that prioritises strong customer and business outcomes.
  • Establishing and managing a broad network of stakeholders across multiple functions, including Insight, Customer Experience, Finance, Risk, Operations and Change.
  • Monitoring proposition performance against agreed KPIs and providing regular reporting on outcomes and impact.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
 
  • Experience of identifying, developing, delivering, launching and managing complex and compelling consumer propositions
  • Experience of workplace or personal pensions and wider consumer financial services preferable, or similar regulated consumer service industry experience (telco, utilities etc.)
  • The role requires experience in delivering large projects as part of a team and working collaboratively across multiple directorates and will involve Board-level sign-off and interaction
  • Constructing robust business cases and confidently making the case for change
  • Being able to demonstrate experience in data-led methodology and customer-led design techniques
  • Ability to work with existing research and commission new research as required
  • Demonstrable experience of managing risk within a complex organisation
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities, including excellent writing skills and experience drafting complex documents and reports
  • Organisational skills and a track record of working in a project-based environment
