Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant, to provide and hands-on support to the Chief Technology and Operations Officer (CTOO) . You will responsible for complex diary management , and all the other bespoke administrative support that provides the essential basis to our CTOO's  work (for example; preparing papers, screening and managing the CTOO's inbox). You will have excellent relationship building skills, handling internal and external queries in a timely manner and take responsibility for discrete pieces of work or projects on behalf of the senior management

The CTOO is a member of the Executive committee and play a key role in helping to deliver Nest purpose and strategy, taking on responsibility for enterprise-wide technology and data strategies, as well as the operational delivery of the customer experience through Tata Consultant Services (TCS) our outsourced scheme administrator  while driving delivery of change activity across Nest.
